Submit Turing 2021-22 Q4 Project update. The deadline for providing updates on Q4 21/22 (January - March 2022) project activities and progress is 22 April 2022.

• Notable/substantive activity/outcomes in research progress

  • Project start-up with Turing, UCL, Cambridge and Newcastle all staff in place
  • Project extended to end June 2022
  • Supporting high quality inter-disciplinary and inter-institution collaboration
  • Fortnightly sprints for agile working started, facilitated by Arielle Bennett (TPS) and David Beavan (REG)
  • Goals and stretch goals for the project defined: aiming to successfully deploy
  • Documented the Information Governance processes for all collaborating institutions (Cambridge, Turing and UCL) in order to prioritize feature development
  • Containerised deployment at Turing (Cambridge?) in order to increase deployment speed and portability of application
  • Working, test deployment of software at every core partner (UCL - worth mentioning both instances, DSH and Cloud@UCL?, Cambridge, Turing)
  • Differences in policy and process across partners mapped and contrasted
  • User evaluation of software in planning and scheduling phase

• Status of progress against goals/milestones, any blockers to progress

  • Contracting delayed the start my one quarter, on target for duration into funded phase
