Decision on training for UX testers #521

Do we need to deliver mini training session at start? E.g. define roles, work packages, relationships between entities in the classification model

Met with @harisood on 13 May. Agreed that testing sessions should resemble irl usage as closely as possible, and that training ahead of app usage was not part of the real-world plan so neither should it play a role in testing sessions. Instead testers should be given access to better documentation and encouraged to refer to it if stuck, with analysis on how well the documentation helps to get them unstuck used to inform future iterations of either the app or the docs.
