@JimMadge @harisood will this story cover what we plan to do in the new year? Probably needs to reflect processes improvement rather than only documenting them in the title. We can complete the main comment together when we plan

This sounds to me like the continuous process of managing processes.

What I'm imagining is more like a sprint to,

1. Assess the current state
2. Codify the responsibilities
3. Establish the process for having input from TRESA, dev team, data protection
4. Identify and prioritise improvements (but making those changes it another piece of work)
