@harisood would you put issue alan-turing-institute/data-safe-haven-team#42 as part of this issue? Have we captured in the strategy session a piece of work that would contain it? I am a bit unsure how to reflect in the roadmap and board business-as-usual activities that are needed but maybe not directly identified. P.s. If you see this before discussing together the ways of work and strategy translation it may make little sense, please ignore until then
All g ties into our conversation from earlier - not sure if it belongs here but have commented on #42 ! I think we should pool things like #42 and others that we haven't categorised yet and see whether we should include them in our roadmaps
This story's scope will be modified to include current external engagement. @harisood it should be part of our discussion on reprioritising work (and especially CRM work)
Two aspects for this story:
@harisood to answer to Nottingham in August
2023-08-17: Proposed presentation in Vietnam is cancelled due to removal of health-focused session from the event.
He says with a heavy heart, putting his 'Best Restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City' book back on the shelf
"Lonely Planet: Vietnam", but yes :)
March focus:
In april we should follow up from AI UK conversation and connections:
It is a priority to keep momentum going but with no other specific events
Priority in May to:
Make it an agenda item for July Monthly, whatever happens in August we have not written or published ina good while. We need to make accesible the value of the project. We actually have articles written waiting for review. August priority?
Capture DSH value proposal and achievements, whether or not we close down
There is work to do on the paper to update it and publish, but external facing comms are not as much of a priority. Happy to discuss priority

AI UK has been a priority for this story and the project. Held on 19-20 March DSH had its own stand, through a likert scale exercise on TREs (and a bowl of sweets) we engaged attendees to introduce them to TREs and the work of the project which we stressed to be not only an open codebase but also the governance & standards and the community.
The stand was busy on the first day and quieter on the second, in part due to its location out of sight from the rest, but that left time to properly engage in conversation with those who did (NHS England, Head of cyber-physica & digital twins at Innovate UK, Chief Exec of RSS). Overall the impression of those there has been that there was important potential leads, we have added to our private sharepoint for follow up.
