Bumped to Sprint 3
There is Dementia UK platform.
Chase @darenasc @martintoreilly any thoughts?
I created a page for the reviews of existing environments. The idea is to answer: What is, How it works, What can be taken from it, and links to resources.
Feel free to suggest a different layout and/or complement the inform in the page. If you want to take one of the tools, please add the name to the envionment to the document to know the rest that you will be reviewing that tool.
In progress.
Aridhia has a commercial platform for healthcare research, as used by Great Ormond Street Hospital and UCL - https://www.aridhia.com/product/?ref=Home
This can run on Azure
@darenasc , can you, in a format which can go into the paper at https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/data-safe-haven/blob/policy-whitepaper/documents/policy.md write up your literature review, referencing all the above.
@catavallejos can you add your references to e.g. this doc you noted
into that when diego is done.
Will do.
@jamespjh sure. @darenasc let me know when you are ready.
hey @jamespjh and @catavallejos, I couldn't finish it for this sprint, I'm half way on the literature review from the links in the readinglist, I'll have done by next monday.
Thanks for the update Diego. I am afraid that I am leaving on annual leave today and then in a conference. So I might be slightly late with this too. However, please do let me know whenever you are ready.
PS: some time ago, I mentioned a new handbook for statistical disclosure control ,which is what NHS Lothian will adopt. That seems to be nearly ready (I saw a draft this week). We should also reference that (adding this comment to remind myself).

@jamespjh @catavallejos I updated the page of the review of the reading list, I should have a summarised version for the literature review by the end of this week.
Hi @darenasc, I was away while you sent this message and just catching up with things. Should I have a look now?
Hi @catavallejos by this Friday, yes. I'll notify you when is ready.
Great. Thanks for the update @darenasc. Just let me know when ready and I will have a look.
Hi @catavallejos you can check here a first draft, I also shared an overleaf document with the same content.
Sorry @darenasc - very busy days! I will do my best to check this before the end of the week.
@darenasc the overleaf invitation seems to have expired. Could you please re-send?
@catavallejos anyone with this link https://www.overleaf.com/7165565565nsnrndmftrbq can edit the document
Thanks @darenasc. I just included the reference to the Eurostat output checking guidelines
Thanks @catavallejos it looks much better now! I just added it to subsection 1.5 in the document in overleaf.
Closed as now present in the overleaf.
