Prof. Jyoti Chaudhary, ICR (https://www.icr.ac.uk/our-research/researchers-and-teams/professor-jyoti-choudhary) currently involved in designing/organising training curriculum for their PhD programme: Sent an email.

Jon Rowe mentioned BBSRC labs at Norwich to provide mentoring and training in AI/Data Science for 6 early career life scientists. Sebastien Anhert shared: The cohort consists of six one-year PDRAs, co-funded by BBSRC and ATI, who work on applications of ML/AI to biological problems at the Norwich Biosciences Institutes (NBI). They have been taking advantage of Turing training opportunities, and will likely have a diverse set of interests with regards to training, but I think both courses on particular technical aspects of ML/AI and on general open software development and reproducible research would be of interest.

Reach out to EMBL Bio-IT members (Renato and Lisanna - who may have existing materials as well as may want to use these materials). Check with EBI teams as well, if we can connect some existing resources.

Had a chat with ELIXIR training coordinator Jessica Linvall (reconnect with her in Oct after she is back from her leave). April from repro4everyone.org is involved in something similar during the Life sprint.

I think this is the good place to highlight that we (Bio-IT) are planning to develop a Data Management (planning and resources) lesson. I am not sure if this would overlap with your program here, but we are more than happy to collaborate to this aim.
