Update repo links to new repo owner #104

Updating various links since the repo was transferred to a new owner. The GH ones would have redirected, but some of the links in the docs didn't so I've tried to catch them all for good measure.

Thanks @tom-andersson, not sure what happened there with the notebooks, I did exactly as suggested in the contributing guidelines but still the notebook json gets a lot of changes, must be my IDE. Have just edited the raw json now to update those two links so the diffs are now minimal.
