Explain badges

Rationale

Each notebook has a set of badges (top of the notebook and in the gallery) and we need a section where we explain the meaning of each different badge.

Tasks

  1. Make a list of the different types of badges we use in EDS book notebooks
  2. Create a new markdown file in book/notebooks/about, for instance called badges.md and explain the meaning of each different type of badge and the role they have for increasing the FAIRness (by machine) and accessibility and reuse by humans.
  3. Update the table of content https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/environmental-ds-book/blob/master/book/_toc.yml to add a new entry for this new file.
