Open malvikasharan opened 1 year ago

malvikasharan commented 1 year ago

Summary Sentence

A lunch and learn is scheduled on the CM team work on 13 July. @arronlacey and @BrainonSilicon are giving this talk.

What needs to be done?

Who can help?

Arron and Sophia primarily, others should be invited to review and contribute too.

Update after the issue was opened

Arron will be leaving the Turing - have invited Eirini to help Sophia with the talk. Arron should communicate with them how he'd like to contribute.

Sharing the link to the slide deck used for the Turing Catch Up that should be reused and built up on for Lunch and Learn slidedeck/session: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1PevWJik55kcce0EVUtssvBEtKgWRK9DF/edit#slide=id.g13641a7e4e4_0_627

@BrainonSilicon do you want to share something here before closing this?

Thanks for the tag @malvikasharan.

The slides for the session can be located here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1pR7TV_s1nOFdyOeKxuduib7-TATDxEn5/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=115552067397432832882&rtpof=true&sd=true, and they are also located in the CM Resources folder on gDrive.

My final thought would be that there was a big question asked about "when" a team could (or should) bring in a RCM. @EKaroune answered the question but I think it is important to capture somewhere about the strategy and Tyring capacity/process for bringing in RCMs.
