We will be working on 11 October till 1:30 pm on RCM Wiki.
What needs to be done?
@EKaroune will be working to move our communications document on Wiki (info in a GDoc shared with the team)
@aleesteele will be pulling together Turing Way resources on 'How RCMs work with TTW' -- opportunities, challenges, recommendations (there are documents on this GitHub and also TTW delivery meeting notes)
@GabinWK will be working on moving onboarding document for RCMs as well as link to other examples of onboarding processes and documentation
@cassgvp might be able to act on #264
@eirini-zormpa will come back to update what she will be working on
I will be moving RCM process (1-2-3-6-long term) from Google Sheet internally shared to wiki
@BrainonSilicon will visit us for a coffee/breakfast (cal invite sent)
Few other things to move:
RCM skills framework (already on Zenodo)
Contribution guideline (on this repo) @cassgvp
Implementation of Open Science (in a sheet)
A page where briefing notes can be linked
Who can help?
All RCMs and TPS staff
Update after the issue was opened
We will add information in comment for what else should be moved to wiki.
Decision on tone: These materials should be written using "we" and "you", slightly more personal than TTW
Decision on structure: Follow TTW Chapter formatting templates, but not every single section needs to have a separate landing page unless there is a lot of material.
