Monthly or bi-weekly announcements: get people to engage with RCM
Primary role is to make others understand what we do and how to contribute
Create a slide-deck to share things? Don’t want to duplicate reporting - but want to improve appreciation for your work.
Create a version to share our work with a wider communit

Hi Team!

I recently came across the RCM and RPM kanban board (https://github.com/orgs/the-turing-way/projects/3/views/2) and this might actually be more useful than creating an additional system.

If the goal is to track tasks and make it easier to compile into a report, having the tasks be updated with progress will help see across the team(s) what work is stuck and what work is completed and ready to be celebrated.
