SCTs run slowly due to constant reloading of the data frame #5

Problem

As mentioned in this issue, the constant reloading of the data frame from the web causes the SCTs to execute slowly.

Solution in Progress

I am developing an R package containing the course Markdown file and the data frame. This will allow the data frame to be referred to globally without having to constantly be downloaded from the web.
