The Module 2 hands-on notebook asks participants to download the data themselves and update a path, but the path is already set to one in Module 4 where we have the dataset already.
I think the original intent was:
Module 1: Look/think about the data without necessarily downloading it, do some planning on GitHub
Module 2: Download the data (after checking licensing etc.) and start working with it
Modules 3-4: Continue working with it
We need the data somewhere to run the notebooks for building the website, but the way it's currently written is confusing.
