m3.3 - directory #45

I'm not sure how to proceed here.

It would be good to have code examples for each type of figure. But would need to find data that is suitable.

The our world in data data that we use in m3.2 may be able to give us many of these plots pretty easily.

But obviously we could also just talk through Wilke.

Holding out until we discussed to progress any further.

Most of the skeleton is now in this branch, I think we should merge it to m3 and continue working on improvements from there.
