We don't cover the deployment third of this. It's already a long course with plenty of material, but if we did want to extend it in the future deployment would be the natural choice. Beyond deployment it could also cover best practices for setting up environments, pipelines, storing data, monitoring/retraining models, running code in the cloud (or HPC) etc.
