Figure out how to ensure messages are emoji'd when in queue #90

Current queuing behaviour results in messages only getting emoji'd once prior task is complete. Would be good if your message was acknowledged even whilst you are sat in the queue. Ideally we could also send a message saying you are the "XXX" item in the queue and if possible, a wait time.

This is fixed now in #96 . Would also be fun to have it that the clock tells you which number you are in the queue but low priority
