There are three obvious options that I know about:
Mckenna has a PrivBayes example. We already have the mbi package added to reprosyn, but this would also require adding the ektelo package, which seems to want to be locally installed. We would want to fork this and set up to be installable straight from the repo.
QUIPP (example here) used the DataSynthesiser implementation. We could add DataSynthesiser as a dependency and it would be relatively little work to edit the QUIPP wrapper. The DataSynthesiser library has been forked many times (65 currently) but I only see PrivBayes as a public example, so this may be an additional dependency without many methods.
Dpart is a relatively new package that has three methods implemented, including PrivBayes. It's a little buggy, but some of these bugs can be fixed quickly.
Add PrivBayes.
