Summary

Project RAM is a ongoing team project to create new resources, define strategic priorities, and generate public facing materials that clarify the RAM role internally and externally.

There is confusion about the remit of the RAM role for new members and what the overlaps/ways of working are with other roles in RCMs, PMU, Partnerships, etc.
This confusion is reflected in feedback from other teams as well
This project should address open issues: #9 #14 #17 #46 #49

What needs to be done?

RAM Prioritisation Frameworks

[ ] Interview Template that feeds into RAM prioritisation (@harisood)
[ ] Interview projects across Turing (all RAMs)

After chatting to @dingaaling in coworking, next steps:

Before RAM meeting on 14/08

@harisood - Iterate and detail initial RAMallelogram
@harisood - Create a clearer and more comprehensive interview template. This includes:
- Guidance on how to conduct interviews
- Separate doc for process of integrating interviews into this project/contributing to this project
- Template issue for discussions on this project
- Template issue for tracking projects through this process
@dingaaling start formalising this into bare bones of RAM webpage
