Hi @harisood! I had the chance to meet @aldenc last week and we started talking about the UX x RAM intersection. As you are getting started, check out USABLE's UX Feedback Collection Handbook and 18f's Methods page. Also attached is a preview of a decision log you can replicate for tracking usability fixes across designs.

Starting to think about a skeleton structure fro what this could look like.

I think the key is there is so much information out there that is helpful, these guidance docs should probably take the shape of "here's a high level summary, here are some examples of this that has been at the Turing in different projects, get in touch with us if you have questions, for more detail all the resources we come across are at the bottom of the page".
