Collate all RAM grant proposals on this repo

Summary

How sensitive are grant proposals? I’m thinking it would be cool to store openly all the proposals RAMs are involved with/put in (where possible) on the RAM repo so we can: a) Showcase what we’re putting in funding for b) Learn from each other how we decide what work we apply for c) Start seeing patterns in what works/doesn't work so we know what kind of language/activities etc are good.

So far we could add

@dingaaling's LOTI proposal
@harisood's DARE Communities proposal (& maybe SATRE if team is OK w it
@aldenc' icenet proposal mb?
mb the UX/UI one that didn't get funded?

We could even have a discussion thread for each one or smth to see what did and didn't work

What needs to be done?

[ ] Create a folder for proposals
[ ] Check with project teams if they are happy for us to share proposals openly
[ ] Collate proposals
[ ] Mb start discussion threads with outcomes of proposal, and feedback/thoughts on where it worked/didn't work
