[ENH] Add tracking and shape datasets #432

Related to #232.

@quantumjot will add available datasets for tracking to the Scivision catalog.

@Tonks684 - are the cell tracking datasets something you'd be interested in looking at integrating into scivision?

I could certainly take a look. Having done the process once already it should hopefully be straightforward forward and then these can be added to the Bioimaging Notebook I'm working on. Do you have a link for the NHM shape outline dataset?

That's great! I'm not sure about the NHM shape dataset. Although @evangeline-corcoran or @marjanfamili may be able to help.

NHM person here! Just noticed this issue and realised the "leaves", "shells", "pots" relates to a talk I did at an object tracking workshop. Those "outline" datasets aren't actually related to NHM, but they're related to my previous PhD work. The links to the datasets are the following:
