Deploy docs to Read the Docs #109

Most straightforward to do this when the repo is public.

Import the repository from https://readthedocs.org/dashboard/import/

Proposal to host the docs on Read the Docs (to set up when we make the repo public) instead of GH pages - what do you think?

Sure. I assume we can automate deployment? ~I did a quick search but failed to see~ I think it happens on rtd site so feel free to close this and the PR!
