Description

Implement job deletion.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Jobs can be deleted from front-end
[x] "Are you sure?" dialogue is raised
[x] Deletion removes job from middleware database
[x] Deleting a running job stops it first

Out of scope

Deletion removes files from cloud storage

Implementation notes

Confirmation dialogue to use Popconfirm https://ng.ant.design/components/popconfirm/en
