Code needs some working examples.

A basic Poisson equation example has been written, but not greatly tested. Jan had a nice example with a misspecified forcing function that would be good to include. Otherse?

Poisson example has been fixed (annoying sign error!) and added better comments, to be merged with initial functionality. Will work on some more examples over the next few weeks.
