I would like to know:

[x] Instructions on how to emergency close the survey
[ ] (if possible:) handling a 'not available window', such that when people go to the link there will be a message like "we are having technical issues with the survey, please come back at a later point" but not a 404 not found error. This is in case something unexpected happens and we need to pause data collection (eg bug in survey or problems with data saving, or bots)

@cptanalatriste could you check if the screenshot I added below reveals any information about our azure server that shouldn't be public?

@aranas nothing looks specially compromising, but for peace of mind I wouldn't share any of the subscription information: just the button.
