Turing logo does not display well in dark mode. #60

Small one, but the Turing logo doesn't display well in dark mode.

Two possible options:

  1. Enforce default of light mode (rather than system) if Streamlit allows this.
  2. Change Turing logo to have a white background (rather than translucent)
