Captcha UI is a bit confusing #61

When entering the captcha top access the survey, the ENTER button doesn't do anything. You have to click the button to proceed. Current instructions are a bit confusing.

These instructions come with the captcha package so unfortunately not straight forward to remove

I don't have capacity to dig into this, though if anyone (@chrisdburr @kallewesterling @cptanalatriste) feels compelled, please do have a look if you can figure out where the Edit text is specified. I had asked this on their github repo as it would be nice to have an option for it, but haven't seen any response yet: https://github.com/lepture/captcha/issues/72
