Question numbering referenced in error is not consisten #62

Question numbering from errors are not the same as the numbers used in the survey.

I left 2.8 as a default, which Streamlit doesn't recognise as user input. And the error asks me to complete Q7. There is no question 7.

I think I can reproduce this error, It should only happen if you have selected any of the "Other (please specify)" options above, is that true?

The number references are only wrong when the selection of "Other" triggers an additional free text field, it seems to work fine with other nested conditionals for example, if I select 2.5 as 'difficult' I also trigger a free text field, but the number reference in the required alert updates fine
