Add short introduction as a callout box #63

I'd recommend adding a callout box to introduce the Gemini principles. I don't think it's enough to jump straight to the questions after an image.

I have added a short intro to the gemini principles commit 674419ea81a2aa584acbcbfc0cee74d4e63f841c
