Leaving sliders unselected throws an error

As referenced in #62, if the sliders are not interacted with, the form throws an error. This is a problem for sections like 4 because of the high-rate of sliders and the larger chance that a user may leave one as 'Not Relevant'.

Yes that is true, I'm afraid it is not straight forward to change this overall as we need to distinguish between questions that are not interacted with at all (eg conditional questions).

there are two options to address this:

• add a user instruction ("you need to move the slider at least once for your response to be logged")
• hard-code slider tags to be recorded as the default "not relevant" , but then how can we ensure that a participant may have overlooked a slider?
