[x] add intro description + value proposition (will work with comms team for this to be aligned with larger survey comms)
[x] add logos of all partners (DTHub)
[x] add captcha for human-check

@chrisdburr which logos need to go on here, all TEA-DT partners? or just TUring & DTHub?

Treat this as you would co-author on a paper. If RTA and Centre for Safe Autonomy (York) have contributed, then I'd suggest including them (with their permission).

But feel free to do this as a 'supported by' rather than in conjunction with. I think it's fair to say that DT Hub are the primary partner.
