Update seminar checklist.md #48

Given the absence of a RCM and the regular requests for speakers interested in giving a seminar. I want to streamline the seminar org a bit more so that we can easily involve the PDRAs and other TRIC members in the organisation.

@kdecesare2 could you please review the updated seminar checklist, where I tried to capture all the tasks that we do to get them organized + important considerations (such as zoom host assignment that you pointed out to me last time) Please add any other tasks that you have done in preparation for the seminars.

feedback and suggestions for how to improve the process are much welcome!

glad to get your feedback on the checklist @cassgvp :) although seminars are inactive at the moment, but I think this material could be reused anyways
