Health Index use case #35

In a conversation with Anna Sterrantino @afrenist from SnR, there was a proposal to integrate the aggregate values at LAD level from the Health Index project and integrate some of the dimension/variables included in that project.

We hold this off until we get more information about the possible proposal to run the integration of Health Index project and the SPC outcomes.
