Closes #24

Main changes:

[x] Add a test_pipeline.py with both components for easy debugging
[x] New notebook with fertility and mortality components

@crangelsmith All works. I just added a new config file (model_specification_mortality.yaml) for notebooks 1 and 2 and changed the notebooks accordingly. I added notebook 4 for testing but removed it now (as it was not adding any new features compared to notebook 3). I will merge once all the checks are completed.
