Proposal:

whatwhat --notify <where>

(Updated:) where <where> is either github, slack, all or none, and the default is none

Also slack? This sounds like a great thing to have once we have a proper CLI, but for now, might a configuration file/environment variable suffice? I started using an environment variable on the slack branch.
