Record key project information and define end date #67

Following this discussion, we would like to:

  1. Build a database/spreadsheet to enable the recording of some key project information (from Project Tracker) which could summarise REG involvement.

    For example, using a schema:

    Project Issue Link REG FTE Start Date End Date
    ... ... ... ... ...

  2. Define "the project end date"? (currently latest-end-date may be "never", or not the actual end date.)
