Please add support for Microsoft Maps with Hill Shading #107

Hello, 

I have tried all of the Microsoft Maps options, but my favorite does not 
display. Is there any way to make Rmaps display the really nice hill-shaded 
maps that are displayed by default on http://www.bing.com/maps ?

I am attaching a screenshot of the map style that I would like to see.
