Foram implementadas as classes para grafos com representação por lista de adjacência, com arestas ponderadas (wlgraph.h) ou não (lgraph.h). Os métodos dessas classes são os mesmos da classe graph. Métodos que provavelmente não serão aproveitados pelo pace não foram implementados.
Mudanças na nomenclatura das templates do abstract_graph.h para Vertex e Edge.

@MvKaio do you think it is necessary to add the MGraph renaming to this PR before merging? I don't think so, IMO we merge this and let the heuristics crew do the ports to WLGraph and, in parallel, do this renaming. This could also be done together with the implementation of that alternative representation you were discussing on Friday (which I unfortunately couldn't follow along 😔 ).
