Supersedes #25.

This PR integrates the Crossing Matrix class with the IP solvers, especifically LPSolve.

Things we need to decide before merging:

There are conflicts in the file bipartite_graph.cpp, due to a function you've added to it @luishgh. Can you please resolve them before we merge?
