Please support save-data function by disable images, video, do not auto download and play videos

Disabling images is already requested in https://github.com/alandau/sweb/issues/4. I didn't find a WebView option to disable video autoplay. Otherwise, I'd gladly add it. Do you know if it exists?

Only WebSettings has setLoadsImagesAutomatically(). But in the PR I used pattern to control
