Made minor edits to documentation files index.md, white-paper.md, and README.md

Some spelling mistakes fixes
Minor formatting change in README.md to be more visually discernible
Capitalization error corrections in all three files (were mostly in sub-section headers)
Added myself as a contributor in README.md
