add archlinux install instructions #84

This PR adds instructions for natively installing matplotplusplus through the Arch Linux package ecosystem.

That's very very useful. Let me know if there anything we could to make the library more packageable.

The text should go to README.md though because the files in ./docs are automatically generated with mdsplit + github actions:

By leaving the text in ./docs, it would be overwritten the next time someone updates the README.md.
