As you saw yesterday, the number of licenses being “used” by the City exceeds the number of available seats with the new license. I did a bit of research and cleanup and was able to get the number used down to 1035. Through the database, I have found that DOT is consuming 565 licenses and DPW is consuming 470 licenses. In order to get these down below 500, we will need to perform significant clean-up. Looking at the current Cityworks data, there have been 128 logins that have made at least 1 edit in Cityworks in the past 6 months and 361 logins have made edits within that past year (DOT & DPW combined). This does not include logins that are read-only.
The question now is, how should I proceed with this cleanup?
You should note that this is not preventing access to Cityworks at all, so it is not a critical issue at this point.
