DOT Permanent Patch locations 10/20/15 #19

Amy, Dian just came to me and discussed the need for DOT to be able to create permanent patches in the locations where we have Wachs do work. How does DOT become aware of these locations?

From Amy Since Wachs does not do permanent surface repairs, as soon as they complete a work order, we need to create a surface repair work order of the correct type. Then DPW will give that work to a Contractor. Whomever in OAM is monitoring this work should create the child surface repair work order.
