automatic Let's Encrypt certificate outdated after upgrade to 2.3.x #112

I just upgraded via script/upgade appearently to the 2.3.x branch. (I have deleted all existing images before.) Building etc. worked out well, but when opening BBB in the browser, I got a warning that my certificate has expired. The certificate itself is a Let's Encrypt certificate but from some month ago. (It might be that some old certificate is used as no new was generated.) ENABLE_HTTPS_PROXY=true is set.

Was anything changed in the way certificates are handled when changing from 2.2.x to 2.3.x?
