Setup Instructions Don't Mention Adding a User

There is a step missing from the setup instructions: as a "test app", only developer-approved users can access it when you try to authenticate. So you have to add a user in the Google Cloud Console. Would help people if this step was included. Thanks.

Hi @peterelbert , can you please confirm if you mean something different than Step 9 from the docs?

9. On the Test users page, add yourself as a test user and click Save and continue.
