Variation seems incorrect

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.App used internal gps
2.Oziexplorer ozfx3

Observed examples-

Tracking on aircraft 747-400

A/craft track true 110°, mag 104° (variation 6°E)
androzic true 110°, mag 117° (variation 7°W)
Jeppesen chart variation 6°E

Aircraft 109°true, 103°mag (6°E)
Androzic 109°true, 117°mag (8°W)
Chart variation 7°E

Aircraft 124°T, 120°M (4°E)
Androzic 123°T, 127°M (4°W)
Chart 4°E

Aircraft 131°T, 128°M (3°E)
Androzic 131°T, 134°M (3°W)
Chart 3°E

Aircraft 120°T, 114°M (6°E)
Androzic 120°T, 125°M (5°W)
Chart 6°E

Aircraft 116°T, 107°M (9°E)
Androzic 116°T, 125°M (9°W)
Chart 9°E 
The rule is "Variation east, magnetic least" "Variation west, magnetic best"
These observations on separate flights LHR/BKK, BKK/SYD
The variation tables have been applied incorrectly. The true track is correct 
but magnetic is not.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest 0.9.22b
