OZFX3 format supports only 256bit-color images, want to use other format #186

What is expected? What do you get instead?

When use simple maps, such as GenShtab, there's no problem. But if it's need to 
create map based on JPEG (24-bit colors) satellite images (Google Maps, Yandex 
Maps, etc.), images in OZFX3 after conversion are only with 8-bits colors, and 
their quality significantly reduced.

What version of the product are you using?

1.0.1.

Please provide any additional information below.

It will be very good to support other file format with full 24-bit color 
support, e.g. ECW (it supported by official mobile OziExplorer).

Sorry for mistake, not "256bit-color images" but "256-color images" or 
"8bit-color images" of course.
