Androzic freezes on "Initialising maps" #202

What version of the product are you using?
Current as at 22/12/2011
Tried halting program in task manager but it retirns to same start when 
restarted.
Is there a limit to the number of map files? It happened after I added about 
100 town map files.
Does it hang if some of these maps were tiff files?

Further information:
Removed the 100 town maps and it now works. So what is the number of maps limit?
