updated tests directory into src/drivers and changed all the file paths to work correctly, also changed the executable to call it correctly. chmod all the executables, and created the readme-history that he wanted. we still have to update the readme for the final. i also wnt to try and move where the error files are saved into like an error directory inside of docs.
